NO ALLERGIC REACTION FROM THE SHRIMP MADE BY THE ANONYMOUS CHEF

So my friend wanted to make me a designer sandwich. The chef doesn’t want to be identified, so I named him anonymous.
So...
With that being said I promise I won’t mention him.

So I decided to give a hand in helping him with this meal or sandwich he wanted to make. He didn’t want none he was feeling artistic and I was there for the treat.

So he got out the garlic, the parley, white wine, kosher salt and butter.
Plus he had the sausages in slices form in a sautéed stew type of container to add-on.

Separate from that...
He mixed the slices garlic into slices plus the butter, wine and the kosher salt to make a spread that he put inside the English muffin to get warmed up inside the microwave for 30 seconds.

I stood there with the camera catching all the ingredients in the process there.
But like a professional he dressed up that sandwich like art in its finest.

This anonymous chef really went out his way making me my first sandwich and then I convinced him to really showcase his art and so he decided to make another one but with the works.
That’s when I started video recording the cooking the individual ingredients needed to make the meal possible.
It was great
The way he go about his speciality cooking he was mixing flavors going freestyle to create an enhanced new type of flavor.

To the tell the truth...
I’m allergic to seafood whether it’s ; shrimp, lobster, crabs,
but. I could eat clams and mussels and all the other regular fish out there. With shrimp in particular, I can eat it if it’s being deep fried close to overkill then all the juices and meat is burnt so I wouldn’t have an reaction. The one thing he did that I picked up on was that he used lemon skin grated to mix with the shrimp sauce. He stir fried it good to a point u smelled the lemon in the air

He had made shrimp patelitos and I denied the shrimp instead told him to pour withe mozzarella cheese to taste test. Depending if I catch a reaction and how bad the reaction gets I could tell if the process was cooked right.

After trying it I felt a slight reaction but nothing build up to a nauseating state confirming that he did well and I feel extremely well because lemon is very acidic and

I felt that the acid played a big role on the reaction because any thing that react to your body is like a bacteria but science is science and that acid really  changes the taste and ph level so the food won’t affect you.

That’s how I deal with my allergic reactions.
